What it should do
The job the software finishes. One sentence is a start. A few examples help.

Who uses it
You, a crew, a customer, a mix. How many people, and on what — phone, desktop, both.

What you have now
A spreadsheet, an app you already pay for, nothing. That tells me what to wire to.
If you do not have all three, write anyway. I will ask.
